Weekend Warrior Recipe

Ingredients:
-Prayer
-4 men, wild at heart, hungry for a challenge
-high adrenaline rushes
-willingness to muscle failure
-frigid temperature tolerance
-determination, endurance, perseverance
-full support from wives & children, safely at home
Gear:
-full-body wet suits
-one 2-man canoe
-two 1-man kayaks
-paddles
-drinking water
-survival kits
-MRE's (Meals Ready to Eat)
Directions:
1-Pack up.
2-Head out.
3-Follow your hearts.
4-Have FUN!
5-Praise God!
Russell, Ryan, Chris and Derek finally had enough city life and headed to Locust Fork, Alabama! They had a great weekend experience...just enough to "wet" the appetite. Above, Derek & Ryan paddle hard & fierce through the rapid white waters!

After a hard day's river run, the guys set up camp for the night, ready to relax and catch up over a great camp fire and the delightful sounds of nature!
